TAYLORED EXPRESSIONS BLOG HOP - DAY 1

Hey there, the Taylored Expressions Team is getting together for a 3-day Blog Hop.  Whoop!  My project uses both the July Key Ingredients Kit and the Stamp of the Month, Cute Hoot.  It's a cutie for sure!  I went with a super CAS layout for this one.  The flower was stamped with Cantaloupe then colored with Copic markers to give it dimension.  It was masked, the stem/leaf was stamped with New Sprout then colored with Copic makers, also for dimension.  Paper and ribbon from the KI Kit were used on the top along with the Open Scallop Border.  The "hello" sentiment was stamped on a Mini Tag and tied on with black twine.

COPIC COLORING:
FLOWER:  R85, R81, R01  LEAF/GROUND:  YG06, YG01

SUPPLIES:
STAMPS:  TE July SOTM Cute Hoot
PAPER:  Neenah Solar White; Bazzill Raven Monochromatic; TE KI Kit
INK:  Copic markers; Memento (Tuxedo Black, Cantaloupe, New Sprout)
ACCESSORIES:  Spellbinders Grand Calibur; TE Taylored Dies (Mini Tags, Open Scallop Border); Stamp-a-ma-jig; Zig 2-Way Glue pen; adhesive
TECHNIQUE(S):  Masking
SIZE OF FINISHED PROJECT:  A2 (4 1/4" x 5 1/2")

I'll be back again tomorrow for another blog hop project...stop by the rest of the TE Team to see their amazing projects!

Tammie, your card is beautiful. I love the top of the card because it looks like a shade drawn up. And the coloring and blending on the flower is wonderful. Great job!
