Hey there, happy Friday!  I just finished another card for the Hope You Can Cling To card drive through Splitcoast Stampers.  I'm still a little behind in the challenges and am playing catch up.  Victoria's challenge is HOPE (Having Only Paper Embellishments) ribbon, no buttons, no brads, no problem!  *wink*

I went a little crazy on the stamp sets for this one!  I used the elephants from both the Dr. Pea-Nut and Lil' Pea-Nut sets (love to color those little guys!), the sentiment from Notes of Love, the hearts from True Love and did you notice the ribbon in the little boy elephant's trunk?  I've been using it a lot over the last couple of weeks.  It's from Granny's Support Team and all of the sets are from Our Craft Lounge

In case you're interested, Dr. Pea-Nut and Lil' Pea-Nut (in rubber only...not crafty clear) and True Love are retiring and are being offered at 40% off in the online store.

A long time ago I saw a card with these elephants stacked and have wanted to make one ever since.  I used the Out-of-the-Box With a Nestie technique for the boy and the girl was stamped on white card stock, colored with Copic markers, cut out then adhered.  A little opening on the boy's trunk was cut so he could hold the ribbon.  Oh, I almost forgot, the background panel is gray card stock that was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder then sponged with white ink.  I guess that's it for this one...on to the next challenge card!

Copic coloring:

Boy elephant:  B95, B93, B91, C5, C3, C1, C00  Girl elephant:  RV34, RV11, RV10, C4, C2, C0, C00  Ribbon:  RV34, RV11, RV10  Hearts:  RV34, RV11, RV10

This project includes the following challenges:

Crafty Boots ~ Zoo or Animal Theme

I'll have to wear two DT hats today but that's OK because I love this card enough for two challenges! The coloring is perfect and it's perfect as a Think Pink card for the Tuesday Throwdown challenge. Your dies cuts are marvelous and exactly right for the 'Heart' Song Inspirations challenge. :-D I hope you're going to share with us each week - your creativity is an inspiration!
