SmileyCentral.comGood morning and happy Sunday!  Woot woot...happy dance time!  I got caught up on the OCL challenges this weekend.  Three, count them, three cards finished and posted!  I'm actually pretty impressed because we've been in and out all weekend.  My hubby and a friend are out Salmon fishing right now so I had time to work on the third.  For this challenge I chose OCL's The Art of Nature.  I guess you can consider this my farewell to summer.  *sniff*

I teamed this image and DP up on another card and liked it so much, I used them again.  For two cards that use so many of the same elements, they are very different side-by-side.  The image was stamped on Neenah Solar White and colored with Copic markers.  It was cut out and layered on Neenah and Basic Black CS (after I used an EK Success border punch on it).  I tied a bow off to the side and stamped the sentiment on a tag.  The flower was the finishing touch on the card.  It was punched four times with an EK Success flower punch, sponged with Barely Banana, crinkled up then used a mat pack and paper piercer to punch holes using the button as a guide.  A Black twine bow is holding the flower together.

Copic coloring:

Barn:  R08, R05, R02, T5, T4, T3, T2, T1, 0  Fence:  N4, N2, N0  Flowers:  Y15, Y13, Y11, RV32, V09, V06, V04, YG03, G99, YG95 YG91  Trees:  G99, YG95, YG91, YG03  Ground:  G99, YG95, YG91, YG03, E55, E53, E00  Sky:  BG15, BG10

Thanks for stopping by!
