OCLDT28 - BE JOLLY

Hi all!

OCL has a weekly sketch challenge that you can enter for a chance to win an OCL stamp set of your choice.  This week, I chose one of the new Holiday Release sets called Be Jolly.  If you want to play along, here are the details.

For this card, I used the Nestabilities Labels 8 to cut two panels; one out of Neenah Solar White and the other SU Always Artichoke CS.  I stamped the image on the Neenah panel and colored it with Copic markers.  The second panel was cut in half lengthwise and adhered to the back of the first.  The tiny brads are from Bazzill and the sparkle on the snowman and snow is Sugar Crafty Sparkles.

The snowflakes are Shapeabilities Create a Flake.  I ran them through my Big Shot twice...once to cut them out and the second to emboss.  I glued some Crafty Sparkles on them then popped them up with SU Dimensionals.

Here's a closeup of the snowman.  Don't you just want to pinch those little cheeks?  I know I do!

The inside is pretty basic...a border of Always Artichoke, a strip of DP and another snowflake with the Crafty Sparkes.  I left it blank but will probably put a sentiment in it later.

Thanks for looking!

Tam

The card is beautiful! Love that you do 'something' inside your cards. I usually do also but don't seem to see many that do. Really gives your card such a finished look.
