LISTEN TO YOUR GRANNY!

Hey there, I'm back with one more card for the Hope You Can Cling To breast cancer card drive over at Splitcoast Stampers.  Bev, aka Texas Grammy, is Looking in on You; she wants us to look in on our friends and family by creating a window card.

The card front is uh, ummm...well it's a one of a kind.  Ha!  I took a 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" piece of white card stock and drew lines 1/2" apart with my Copic Multiliner then colored it with Copic markers trying to make it look like siding on a house.  The window was cut out with a Nestie and two Nesties stacked on top of each other were used to cut the window frame. 

Two Nestie rectangles were used to make shutters by drawing slats with my Multiliner then coloring it with Copics.  The window box is actually an afterthought.  It really needed something and that was it!  The flowers are from an Our Craft Lounge set called Flowers for You.  The set actually has a vase with it but I needed the box so...yep, you guessed it...I grabbed my handy-dandy Multiliner again and drew one.  Granny is pretty cute peeking through the window, huh? 

Granny is from another OCL set called Granny's Support Team.  Love her!  She has an important message and she wants you to help spread the word...tell all the women in your life to get "the girls" squished!
